There is a 3.99% processing fee, or $1.50, whichever is greater.

Sticker Purchase Requirements
You will need to upload a valid vehicle registration for each vehicle. Please make sure the registration number is legible. The following is a list of additional documents that may be needed to purchase your permits.

Your vehicle is leased Copy of lease agreement showing to whom the vehicle is leased
The property is held in trust or is a LLC Copy of the trust pages showing the property address and names of trustees (Beneficiaries are not eligible). For the LLC, a copy of the Annual Report listing the managers.
Your vehicle is registered to a business A business card with your name and the company name or a letter on company letterhead authorizing your use of the vehicle or a copy of the business credit card showing your name.
You are a renter Copy of a year round lease signed by property owner; 2 utility bills or bank statement, credit card or cell phone bill at the same physical address. Must be a resident in the Town of Falmouth for at least 6 months.
Any transactions missing required documents will be denied, and an email sent explaining the denial, so that you may resubmit.
